Ingredients150 grams of tripe 4 cups of boiled rice 2 cloves of garlic 2 red shallots 2 bird-eye chilies Sweet soy sauce Soy sauce Lemon juice White pepper Vegetable oil |
DirectionsIn a bowl, combine the sweet and the regular soy sauce, then add ground white pepper and lemon juice until it becomes sweet and slightly salty. In the meantime, in a pan with vegetable oil, sauté the garlic, the shallots and the chilies, all minced, until they become golden. Add the tripe, cooked and thinly sliced, and let it fry for a few minutes before adding the boiled rice. Mix well, pour the sauce on the tripe and rice and stir until the rice and the tripe are evenly coated. Continue frying until the rice is dry. Serve with pickled cucumbers, omelettes, and sweet soy sauce. |
